In 2015, a study from the World Health Organization showed that people exposed to Roundup and other herbicides containing Glyphosate have a higher risk of developing Non-Hodkins Lymphoma and other forms of cancer. 

There are approximately 1,000 cases pending against Monsanto and the manufacturers of Roundup for failing to warn the public about the significant health risks posed by the chemical Glyphosate.

Who Qualifies?

Anyone who was stationed at or lived near Camp Lejeune between August 1, 1953 and December 31, 1987 for at least 30 days.  If your parents lived in Camp Lejeune during this timeframe and you were born after with congenital birth defects, then you may also have a claim.

Physiomesh
