Biography


William M. Hancock, a native of Decatur, Alabama, earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Alabama in 1998. He attended the University of Alabama School of Law and received his J.D. degree in 2002. Mr. Hancock practices in Commercial Litigation, Creditor Rights, Bankruptcy, Banking Law, Foreclosure and Landlord/Tenant Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association and the Alabama State Bar. He also serves on the CB&S Bank Madison County Board of Directors and the Board of Directors for HEALS, a non-profit organization that provides medical and dental care to children living in poverty.
