Biography


Mr. Whitehurst was born in New Orleans but relocated to Huntsville one year after Hurricane Katrina. Cole attended Huntsville High School, received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama in 2021, and received his J.D. from Tulane University Law School in 2024. While in law school, Mr. Whitehurst was a senior member of the Intellectual Property Journal, a senior member of the Sports Law Society, and the recipient of the Rising Star award for his pro bono work. His primary areas of practice are Real Estate Law, Residential and Commercial Closings, and Personal Injury.
